Last Friday, I talked about four simple rules to eating well. When you follow these rules you will see how your body will, on its own, gravitate to its natural shape.
The rules are
- Eat a variety of foods
- Eat seasonal and local
- Eat lots of veggies
- Drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
