Oranges are great for your health and skin! I remember learning in school about pirates getting scurvy because they didn't have a lot of vitamin C. Know, unfortunately, lately I've heard people look down on oranges because of their sugar content. Let me tell you, there is so much good in these foods, that they should not be avoided in your diet. 

How do oranges benefit my health?

  • Oranges high vitamin C content helps you avoid getting sick
  • Oranges helps with digestion issues, depression, adrenal fatigue and more
  • Oranges also helps with skin discoloration, lowering high blood pressure and so much more!

  • You can eat one as a snack
  • You can make juice (avoid store bought OJ and just make your own).
  • Include oranges in a smoothie
  • You can cut a slice of orange and make that part of your salad dressing. Garlic salt, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and olive oil
