5 Great Ways to Frankincense Oil

Frankincense oil is often called the "King of Oils". The word frankincense is mentioned in the Bible 17 times and the word incense is mentioned 113 times. The word incense was often understood as frankincense, myrrh and other spices. 

Frankincense oil is a great addition to your health and wellness routine. It is associated with helping rejuvenate your skin, help support cellular function, has anti-inflammatory effects, helps improve mood and stress, and may relieve pain. 

Benefits of Using Frankincense Oil

  1. Reduces Signs of Aging: Add a 2 to 3 drops of frankincense oil to your favorite moisturizer to help rejuvinate your skin. You can also add 2 to 3 drops of frankincense to coconut, jojoba, argan or rosehip oil to help reduce the signs of stretch marks. 
  2. Helps Boost Immune System: Frankincense has been shown to help the immune system. It can prevent germs from spreading on the skin, or at home. Diffuse 2 to 3 drops of frankincense oil along with grapefruit to create a pleasant smell or apply the oil to your temples, writs and the soles of your feet. You can also rub 2 to 3 drops on your chest to help you breathe better; especially during cold and flu season.
