Oatmeal Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TBS ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 C rolled oats
  • 1/2 C frozen berries
  • 1 TBS local raw honey
  • (optional) 1 scoop of vegan protein

Procedure:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

What do I eat this with?

  • Drink this smoothie in them morning as part of your breakfast or as a mid-morning snack
