Ingredients – Serves 2
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tomato
- 2 small cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Procedure
- Cut the tomato, avocado and cucumbers into small slices
- Add the olive oil, garlic salt, nutritional yeast and lemon juice
