About 4 years ago I started out a program called 21 Day Fix. I loved this program because it was 30 minute workouts that toned your body. I was not excited about working out but I could do 30 minutes a day. This program changed my life and helped keep me working out.

The bonus part of the program was that it came with portion control containers. These containers were awesome because they helped you see how much food you were actually consuming. They also helped you see if you were eating the right amounts of food.

It made you question if you were eating too much “healthy” food. The truth is on my end, the fact is that I am a life long vegetarian and I was eating way too many carbs. My body was out of balance. I couldn’t think straight, I was tired all the time, and had major brain fog.

I had to change my eating habits. I had to balance out my macros and add more greens and veggies into my meals. Yes, the name vegetarian implies that I was eating a lot of vegetables, the truth is that I was eating a lot of carbohydrates.

These containers helped me add more veggies, fruit, and protein into my diet, reduce the amount of fats and carbohydrates I was consuming.

As a result, I have a lot more clarity, energy, and feel more balanced than ever. I highly recommend using these containers.
